Applying for a property

To make it easier for you to understand our application process, below is an outline of how to organise an inspection and apply online, through to being accepted and moving in.

  1. If you wish to apply for a property we have for lease, you can view the photos online and also the walk through video (if available). Once you have done this, we can organise to show your through the property physically.
  2. Following your inspection (video or physically) you can apply online via the link to tApp.You cannot sign the lease until someone on the lease has physically viewed the property.
  3. When applying, everyone over 18 who will be living in the premises must submit their own application. Please ensure you provide us with minimum; Identification, proof of income, bank statements, rental ledger, references (work and rental).
  4. Once we have all your completed applications we can start processing the applications, this can take up to 2 business days.
  5. We will submit applications to the landlord once they are all processed and they will decide which application to approve.
  6. Once approved, we require a holding deposit of one weeks rent paid straight away. The bond and 2nd weeks rent must be paid before the date of the lease signing. Note: This must be cleared funds on the day of the lease signing.
  7. When you sign your lease, all lease holders must attend. You will be taken through the lease and anything will be discussed relating to the tenancy. Once the lease is signed and all funds paid, you will receive the keys.
  8. You will also be given a copy of your ingoing condition report, which must be returned within 7 days of the lease signing.
  9. Please don’t forget to connect any services such as electricity, telephone, internet etc, prior to moving in.
