Only URGENT REPAIRS will be accepted first informally but must be confirmed in writing by logging into your tenant portal.
Some examples of URGENT REPAIRS are listed below:
•A serious gas leak
•A burst hot water service, flooding, sewer overflow or major water leak
•A dangerous electrical fault
•Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure
If urgent repairs are needed you must immediately contact our Property Management office on (02) 4294 7000. In the event the matter occurs after hours and is an emergency, please contact one of the contractors listed below:
Please note: Tenants will be liable for any costs incurred by tradespeople for works which are not the responsibility of the landlord. ie a repair which the tenant is liable for. The landlord will also not be liable to pay any contractors who are not approved by our office unless prior authorisation has been given
